Good benefits, recently became an ESOP, friendly environment with great people. Job isn't very difficult.

Company is in the middle of transitioning from a "flat" structure to a more traditional tiered structure. This means that often it's not clear who has the power to make what decisions, and it causes some friction when it's not clear who should be doing what.
