Pros

- Clients are lovely and are always very excited to come to the facility, but that is due to the employees as the owner is mostly never there as they are putting out fires at their other location. - Employees are very welcoming and helpful to start your work there.

Cons

- Management is awful, and no feedback is ever taken. Employees would raise a concern and then get penalized for submitting the matter. You are usually left alone in daycare with more than 35 dogs as other employees are busing dealing with situations traditionally caused by the owner. The turnaround time for new employees is around two weeks, as most cannot meet the expectations the owner is asking for. If you have a scheduled shift, you are more than likely always getting there early and staying late as there is never enough time for the amount of tasks management asks for. Training given to new employees is almost always different, as you will be trained by an other person each time. There is NO consistency.

Pros

Extremely patient and understanding management. Supportive team environment that encourages growth and learning. Kind and compassionate leadership that values employees. One of the best places I've ever worked; it genuinely feels like a family. Great opportunity to work with animals in a positive and nurturing atmosphere.

Cons

There can be busy days that are a bit hectic, but the support from the team makes it manageable and enjoyable.

Pros

The management's support and encouragement have made me a better professional. They believe in our potential and provide us with the tools to succeed. The work culture is vibrant, driven by our shared love for dogs. It's a pleasure to be part of a team that works together seamlessly. The most heartwarming part is the transformation we witness in the dogs we care for and the genuine connections we build with them.

Cons

You will be working with dogs, so you need to be fit for this
