1) anyone with their job title Head of Xxx or Director xxx is a joke and their decision and strategy making skills are that of an intern 2) absolutely no onboarding/ training/ coaching when you start. You just have to figure of the chaos of what the previous employee did 3) no sense of documentation 4) no body know know who to reach out to for what purpose. Just eyeballing things.Agile leaders have no idea how to roll things 5) bad planning by senior leaders and always have last minute changes requests creating unwanted stress and deliverables
