For some clarification and transparency on our freedom to work policy, we designed this benefit to meet employee needs for flexibility (especially in response to Covid-19 when some were caring for children and family members.) Our aim is always to ensure that people have the tools and freedom to work when and where they want while remaining focused on goals. We trust our employees and managers to make the right decisions to get the job done.
