We are disappointed to hear that you didn’t feel able to express your concerns through the many channels we have in place to be heard, but we’re grateful to have this feedback now. We are committed to our Investors in People Silver accreditation, which is a constant cycle of improvement and reliant on everyone’s critical role in cultural development. Our flexible working environment, which extends across all teams and roles, allows for flexible working on both number of days and working hours. We deliberately make it possible for people to connect remotely (not just from home) because we appreciate how life and work converge. Our commitment to recognition and reward does include our Wordstars programme to showcase Wordbankers who have really lived our values, but we are constantly seeking input for improvement as to how we recognise and reward our people through pulse surveys, 1:1s and suggestion campaigns, paired with our long-standing ISO certification which supports a culture of improvement and working smarter.
