As a result, WE is constantly growing and changing. New opportunities are available for all employees who seize them.

Not the best fit for people who require a lot of guidance, you must have confidence in your ideas and be ready to present new directions in your field for the company to grow. The Work Effects content can be hard to grasp, so you need to ask a lot of questions and think openly.
