Pros
great benefits, paid time off, major holidays off, extra pay for working major holidays. The best part about them is their culture, openness and how even though everyone is located throughout the Country, they still keep us all connected. It is a large growing company with a small company feel. They really care about their clients and staff and want what is best for them, even if you are no longer with them. They also want to help those in their company have opportunities to grow and take on more challenging roles or responsibilities.
