Willing to lend an ear and give advice / point you in a good direction. You can talk to any one in the company no matter their position. If you have a problem, just talk to someone and it will more then likely get resolved.

Personally the commute is a bit difficult, but generally fairly easy to access if you know the roads.

Everyone is very friendly Work is challenging enough to keep you occupied

Very out of the way, a few busses go directly to Workgaps but they are from Newbury every hour
