What's great about Work Market is the dedication and focus that your coworkers display every day. They're casual and funny, but very serious about disrupting freelance enterprise business. I came in as a junior position and have felt like the team always valued my opinions. I'm always welcome to approach either of the Jeffs and ask for business advice or opinions on any subject. Definitely would recommend.

Your fellow coworkers are passionate, smart, and opinionated. They won't be afraid to say exactly what's on their mind. But to be honest, it's refreshing and cuts to the chase. The culture here is very blunt. You might also spend some weekends and late nights working to get things done, but to be fair the leadership is very frank about needing to take vacations and no one will ever ask you to work weekends.
