Pros
I worked as on WSA's COVID-19-relief project. Pros: -For the most part, collaborative work environment and team feel -The pay was pretty nice -The events were fun -One of the top leaders, Brenda, is incredibly compassionate and understands that employees have lives outside of work and may need to go on leave to take care of personal issues.
Cons
Despite having a lot of people on the team, it is NOT enough for the number of clients. WSA is severely understaffed, which leads to ridiculously insane expectations for the employees. If employees don't have boundaries in place with their jobs here, they can get burned out VERY readily.
