Pros
I spent 9 years here and the people were the best part - supportive, dedicated, and always helping each other. The product is strong and really solves customer problems. The company uses modern technologies, offers full remote work, and provides career growth opportunities. If you are proactive and skilled, you’ll be trusted with responsibility and grow quickly. The culture feels more like a startup than a rigid corporation.
Cons
Like in every company, there are positives and negatives. Personally, I was not a fan of the frequent changes in plans, but this was often the result of the company’s strong customer first approach. Another thing I noticed was the lack of clearly defined and documented processes, but work on that had already started as I was leaving, so this may no longer be an issue.
