Pros
I have been working here since 2009 and like any profession you always have your ups and downs. However, it is about how you handle the downs is what makes a company great. When morale is low and times are tough I can always count on my coworkers to be there for me. There are times when we have 3 or for departments all coming together to help out another department if they have a huge project to do. This is really important to me. I see my coworkers more than I do my own family so it is nice to know that I have people around me that care just as much as I do.
We also have a very very generous benefits program that you will not normally get at other companies. We have a very generous contribution to our 401(k) plan which is very rare nowadays.
We are offered yoga every other Tuesday, we have a gym at our office with a personal trainer and we are awarded massages once a month. These are all things that really help build our morale and really make us feel appreciated. OH AND DID I MENTION THIS IS ALL FREE FOR US!!!!! The company offers birthday lunches once a quarter and allows you to contribute money each pay check that is given back to you on your birthday. OH AND THE COMPANY MATCHES WHAT YOU CONTRIBUTE!!!!
I love coming to work everyday and I am one lucky person to be able to say that.
Cons
Worklogic does tend to move people into positions that they are nowhere near qualified for . We have had certain upper management employee's that did not deserve the title that they were in and that is when morale was at its all time low. When things were bad this employee would just blame the staff instead of taking ownership. We finally got rid of this person and our morale has gotten SOOO much better!!! We have all learned from our mistakes with this one!
