Not a Firm for Women - Associate Workman Nydegger Employee Review

There is nothing more than a superficial commitment to diversity, at best. There were numerous times where attorneys would pitch projects to companies with female associate/patent agent names, only for that associate/agent to never touch the actual project, and attorneys have actually told the few female associates/agents that they would never touch their project and just needed their name to pitch it. The prevailing culture does not provide for the inclusion of women, and the few female associates are generally excluded. Mentorship is a crapshoot, some attorneys are great mentors who actually devote the time to mentoring, while others cannot be bothered.
