Ania was an excellent leader and mentor; patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to teach. I had the opportunity to work on impactful projects like automating PTO workflows using PowerApps and SharePoint, which significantly improved internal processes. The role gave me exposure to Microsoft tools, sensitive data, and real support scenarios. I appreciated the trust placed in interns and the collaborative environment

There wasn’t a clear preview of day-to-day expectations at the start. Having just one shadowing day early on could’ve helped ease the transition and reduce the learning curve.
