Looks great on paper, but that's all it has going for it. - Anonymous employee World Centric Employee Review

Pros

Everyone has a "manager" title, so if you're young or entry level, it's a great way to pad your resume for future employment. There are opportunities to create new titles for yourself (even if you're doing the same job), if you can convince the CEO of it. If you can keep your head down and just clock in, the pay is decent.

Cons

It's a very toxic environment to work at. It's great to want to "do good", but there's a strong element of self-righteousness from the CEO which trickles down to employees because of poor leadership. The structure of the company seems to be "do what you want" until the CEO decides to micromanage you and tell you that everything you're doing is wrong. This creates an environment where there is no teamwork and it's every man for him or herself. There is an extremely high turnover rate for such a small company and it's not surprising because the CEO seems to want to fire someone new every day. Finally, there is a lack of professionalism, respect, and confidentiality, both from the CEO and some of the employees. Highly sensitive personal information about employees have been disclosed to others without consent and no one seems to notice or care.
