Pros
Vast earning potential if you have a "hunter" mentality. Company uses Apple products. Hybrid/remote opportunity. Flexible schedule, good work/life balance.
Cons
Constant changes with very little communication, changes related to compensation happened frequently. Territory assignment frequently changed, and when you're building a book of business and you're focused on building relationships, these changes presented challenges not only for the employee but the customers as well. No female leadership. At times, toxic work environment/culture... operates as a good ol' boys club. Constant "down-sizing". At times, a lot of micro-management. No healthcare benefits, no PTO, limited opportunities for growth.
