      -Significantly expand your network -Great benefits, like learning award, a lot of vacation, health allowance -Dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative -Possibility to move laterally into other sectors -Possibility to travel to events

      Cons

      -Salary bands and discrepancies are not transparent -Some earn a lot more that others, while doing the same work -Corporate and sometimes quite cutthroat culture -They know that many people want to work here, so they underpay and hire overqualified people for more junior roles -Very top-down

      This organization is constantly evolving but I think generally in the right direction. Great place for those who strive in unstructured environments.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and you have to enjoy travel.

      Great exposure to ideas, good broad experience that can be applied to other jobs

      Cons

      Lots of infighting at the top, leaks down to lower levels. The Forum makes poor hiring decisions and teams suffer.
