Pros
-The name will look good on your resume -Hybrid environment, for most employees -Although not truly competitive, benefits (e.g. health, dental, etc.) to many are a Pro
Cons
-Horrendous leadership -Toxic workplace, get ready for hostility -Siloing, as they use "platforms" that are inherently siloing and a rigid hierarchy -The most inefficient systems you will witness (you give them Salesforce, they manage to make it the most difficult system to interact with by "customizing" it) -Really lame hardware and systems that will make you less productive, efficient and focused -The dreaded open office environment every way you turn (again, less productive, efficient and focused) -Not attention to employee well being -You won't have permission to breathe during your workday, let alone do much; and those that do have permission will struggle to make decisions and commit to any forward momentum -Massive issues in knowledge sharing and communication -They have not figured out the hybrid vs in-person logistics -If you've had good benefits, that cost you absolutely nothing - get ready for a whole lot of money being deducted from your paycheck to get the cover that is federally required -Non-inclusivity, don't bring yourself to work, only bring a shell they will try to polish for you -The longer you stay, the less professional you are bound to become -Are you looking to develop your career, good luck here, it's on you!
