Overall good company - RBT World Evolve Employee Review

Great management team, nice location, flexible schedule.

No real I.T support structure, no growth for IT.

They provided decent pay increases

Essentially everything. Its the worst job ive ever had. Both owners (who were dating) created a very bully-ish environment. The female would lock herself in her office and stalk everyones every move through security cameras. She made a creepy joke about my doodles on my papers. She would literally spend hours doing it. She also had the computer tech print out every conversation i had with my coworkers, emails, chats, messages sent to insurance companies, everything. So creepy to thr point the computer tech let me know in secret. They would also pick on every single personality flaw and create rumors and tension amongst coworkers. It was a hostile environment and many days no one in the office would speak to one another through an entire 8-5 shift. The male never cracked a smile at me. Ever. Would send me to buy food for everyone in the office at time and never say i was welcome to any. I literally ended up in therapy over this stuff. Not to mention their HR department was a mess as well. They never sent me anything correctly and even mailed my W2 to a stranger. I kept in touch with some of my coworkers and i was told they rotated through a lot of new employees. Im sure it affected lots of clients because i continued to receive emails from clients wondering what happened to their insurance approvals.
