Pros
Super people that work there. Everyone trying to do their best for the customers and their co-workers with the limited tools they are given. Customers are also very friendly and patient.
Cons
Extremely ancient POS system (I'm talking mid 90's IBM) - a hassle for the customers and workers alike. Not in step with most retailers out there. A hassle to be a 'rewards member' all around. Please update the systems! Corporate doesn't care about you. Very limited training and information given - you need to ask a lot of questions and step up if you want to find out anything.
