Pros
Great place to work, really good team, the Assistant managers are really fantastic and most of the Associates are great. Everyone is really friendly but we are able to work on projects independently.
Cons
Sometimes managers don’t know what they’re doing or play “favorites” . Also there is literally no management positions ever available anymore. World Market eliminated all of the department head positions three years ago so there is only the GM and two assistant managers.
