I’ve worked at multiple locations over the years and made many lifelong friends.
Cons
Unfortunately, they have no idea what there doing on the corporate end of things. Most stores are low-volume and low-free but are expected to get the same amount of work done as the higher-volume stores. If you show initiative you will soon have three different jobs’ worth of work piled on you.
