As I mentioned on the title, the biggest problem was the poor management and extremely bad planning that decreases your motivation. But there is no paid internship option here and almost everyone is intern.
Good for people looking to begin their career with an organisation
Cons
Chaotic and no structured work frame. The leads provide one direction today and then completely change it the next day. Doesn’t seem like moving forward to a common goal the company is trying to achieve. No point of going an extra mile because seemingly the internship will never turn into a paid position(over the past 2 years they have hired at least 30 interns and none of them were offered paid role) . No significant learning curve
