World Vision is one of the largest Christian NGO's working across the globe whose mission is "to follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation, seek justice, and bear witness to the good news of the Kingdom of God." World Vision has responded to many natural disasters, and is a leader in humanitarian relief efforts. This is an organisation that gives you an opportunity to grow professionally, while serving the less fortunate making it one of the most fulfilling jobs I have ever had in my life.

-If you are working for an emergency response, things can be a bit hectic, fast-pace, and are always evolving so don't get too comfortable. However, this is normal when you are dealing with a life-threatening emergency so be prepared.
