Pros
Flexible working. Lovely people- the people really make it. The work they do does make an impact to their mission. I had a really great manager who was very supportive and encouraging, as well as a good team.
Cons
Quite top heavy and very hierarchical structure. Lack faith in the CEO and most of senior management, there's a lot of talk but not much substance. Lack of transparency and owning up to challenges and the more 'negative aspects', sometimes we aren't doing well as a company and it's ok to say that. Sometimes the culture was too soft and certain unprofessional behaviours were tolerated when in many corporate companies the person would simply be asked to leave.
