Pros
Large numbers of sincere Christians truly trying to live out Jesus' calling to be a light to the world. They focus not on just relief but rather changing lives holistically. Many very gracious and sacrificial leaders who humble me.
Cons
A couple of significant leaders that say one thing but live quite another exemplifying bad leadership and in opposition to fruits of the Spirit. Like one person coined the term "toxic" which says it all. Why Rich doesn't know is the question when it seems common knowledge.
