Pros
Served overseas for 8 years and my experience with WVI was first-rate. My immediate team was comprised of some of the most inspirational and committed people I've worked with. Also had great freedom to develop social innovations for genuine impact.
Cons
Can be highly bureaucratic and bogged down with overly-prescribed processes. The farther you get from the field work, the more bureaucratic it can become.
