Pros
Everyone that I have encountered has been extremely welcoming and helpful. I truly feel as though I can approach anyone for advice. During my first week there was a short spot in the company newsletter discussing new team members and people actually took the time to come visit me and welcome me personally.
Beyond the diversity, friendliness, and overall warmth... what the company provides its clients is just really interesting and cool to be a part of.
Ideas are welcomed and encouraged. There is a wide range of ages and sex. It really feels less like Corportate America than Corportate America.
In regards to the work life balance... you are never told to put in more than 40 hours and you aren’t micromanaged. I’ve come from a company that was the opposite in regards to their sales structure and this is HEAVEN. Not just because the other position was less favorable but because iJET truly cares about its people. If you choose to stay late, no one is going to stop you but by no means is it encouraged.
We provide services 24/7 so some positions may require extra availability, but the company compensated for this with its benefits and very competitive pay.
The CEO is always friendly and active.
Cons
The interview process seems a little bumpy but for the size of the recruiting team/demand... that is totally understandable. With most great companies hiring takes time because they are selective on who they want to be a part of the brand.
