We may have the same title, but management has people for certain tasks that I could work on. Old dogs that can't be teched new tricks. When it comes to innovation, it's hard to convince management. Things like automated scripts, project management apps, and IM apps are not important as they should be. No yearly bonuses, only the required by government christmas 600$ bonus. No yearly salary increase, or reviews. The worst employee discount I have ever seen. When applying a new process is not discussed properly between departments and not all variables are discussed. When the project is applied there are a lot of hiccups and mistakes that have to be hot fixed.
