An all around toxic work environment. Management showed a lack of organization, empathy, and leadership. Constant bullying by coworkers who felt safe to do so because they were 'favorites' of management. News anchors who dictated the slant of stories due to their large paychecks and years in the business with intimidation - they were also known for getting their peers fired. Bullying was brought to the attention of management, but senior leadership shutdown claims through intimidation. It was an overall toxic work environment. Work quality suffered due to poor management.
