Super Chill work environment, great for someone in or right out of college. The harder you work the more money you make, Not necessary to work hard however.

If you run into a situation that needs to be escalated it can be hard to get management to help which can from time to time be stressful.

Team members with vast more experience and seniority, passed on. - Phrases commonly used: “Stupid Idea” “Waste of Time” “Below my pay grade” “Above my pay grade” “Don’t speak to X” “Don’t do Y” (But Y is literally in your job description) - They hire contractors via third party to test out leadership. If leadership is not qualified, leader is placed on PIP and contractor terminated. - Everyone is afraid to speak, most speak openly about wanting to leave and applying to other jobs
