You get no differential treatment than the European/onshore counterparts - All work as ONE TEAM with an open culture 3. People with innovative mindset are valued. There is a lot of focus on innovation within the group 4. Senior management is approachable to the team

1. Being a new setup in India for WL global, the internal processes/tools not yet fully setup. Needs some doing in this area
