Pros

"no" would be a bigger word for describing the pros of this company, being in this company is as bad as being in the beggar house, the whole office is dirty, no cleanliness maintained, no amenities, no place to sit for every employees. 15 people sit in the place for only nine. Sorry cant write anything good because there is nothing i liked ever until i worked in this company. And the time i think of this company i always get anger in my head and think of the torture they have given during the working time.

Cons

Ones you join this company, you will have to start smoking because this would be the only way to get your frustration out otherwise you will either lose your job, relationship or worst company ever. where employee are just taken for granted. even you are working day and night to achieve the company's goal but still you wont get the appreciation from the management. promising for increments and incentives but still they wont give that amount to the employees. the management is worst, no one is going to take the responsibility and helping the employees. They terminate more then 15 people in a year that is against the company law. If anyone cases on the company then all branches will be closed and will never be able to re-open again that is what Company Law of India States. They will pamper and show you unlimited hopes but ones there work is done they will not give you response when you need them, this is not the way company works. Even Christmas or any other occasion is celebrated in office is paid by employees only.

Pros

I had the pleasure of working at Worldwide DMC as an Operations Supervisor, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience both professionally and personally. The company has a strong commitment to excellence in travel services, and it was inspiring to be part of a team that consistently went above and beyond for clients. One of the things I appreciated most was the collaborative work environment. Leadership is supportive, open to ideas, and truly values each team member’s contribution. I had the opportunity to manage complex itineraries, coordinate with teams across multiple countries , and work closely with both suppliers and Travel agents to ensure seamless travel experiences. I’m grateful for my time with the company.
