Pros

- you get access to all types of companies and sometimes can network - the are trainings provided and certificates you can download

Cons

- Health insurance is offered but you won't make enough hours to qualify. - You will wear whatever vehicle you own to make ends meet. - If you are a "server tech" you are scammed into doing more work for less pay. you end up literally breaking your back due to physical labor and missing out on the bonuses. - you don't get paid milage for the first call you do everyday even if it is 1-2 hours away in traffic. they are sticklers about mileage not time.

Pros

Could make your own schedule to a point.

Cons

poor hourly pay. No raise after over 2 years. Despite fixing devices after several other techs had been there before. 50k miles a year on my vehicle. No pay until you got to your first job and after your last job. I would schedule the first job closest to me and my last job closest to me. Management would schedule the jobs in the opposite. I would not abide by that. They were not happy about that. I wasn't paid hourly nor mileage to my first job or from my last job. Sometimes my job would be an industrial printer 2 hours away. Spend 4 hours replacing a laser diode in a laser printer. Then 2 hours home. 4 hours with no pay and mileage. Just 4 hours pay at $15 an hour while on site. It trashed my car so I quit and started my own home based business. Now I repair all kinds of electronics and don't put a single mile on the same care that is at 195k miles. Most of it from this company. Final note: they make you buy all your own test equipment and provide nothing.
