      Pros

      WorleyParsons is a great place to start your career. In junior positions the salary is above the average and as the company is a large one there are a lot of opportunities. Work life balance is very good, you have a flexible schedule, as well you can choose when to work overtime and its not bad seen if you choose not to.

      Cons

      In junior positions you have no exposure with clients or top management.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
