Pros
If you know anything about insurance, you will be one of the smartest people that work there. There is a lot of business to work on.
Cons
After seeing a sudden flood of overly enthusiastic and clearly coordinated posts, I feel the need to share how easy it is to see these recent 5 star reviews are faked. The biggest issue at Worthy remains that the people in-charge thinks everyone else is dumb. As of today, August 3rd 2025, several of these newer “reviews” are coming from accounts claiming titles and tenure that simply don’t exist. I am guessing that they will amend the reviews to make it fit their narrative by fixing fake tenure and job titles. One 5 star claims to be a customer service representative with over 10 years at the company, even though no employee at Worthy has been here that long. Another comes from someone calling themselves a Chief of Staff, supposedly a current employee, yet that role doesn't even exist here. The revolving door has been a defining feature of the culture, outside of the blatantly obvious discrimination. The water cooler conversations consisted of bragging about getting an interview to work somewhere else. It’s no coincidence that all these glowing reviews popped up at once. It’s a coordinated effort to bury the truth. I’ve watched talented people leave, LOUDLY pushed out or burned out, while the company tries to mask the instability behind fake reviews. The c-suite that is committed to making it work, there fake reviews language, are some of the least sophisticated people I have met. The real reviews have been posted about Worthy all start with a 1 star.
