Pros
-Young team The whole team consist of young people that gives the office a good start for the day -Get to learn to communicate with different people You will be able to learn to communicate with different people through doing cold calls and securing deals for your respective project
Cons
-Management problem The bosses in here are very micromanaging to the point where the email you sent out are also reviewed. The bosses are very particular if you do not do things using their method -Breaking promises The problem with this part is we as employee have to fulfill our promises to the bosses, whereas they don't keep to their promises. E.g: In the website WOBB, they promised to have monthly outing and good breakfast. However during the period I was here, there was no outing at all, the good breakfast was just bread with jam and cereal. At times, they also promise to get certain company issue settled by a certain date, but they keep delaying on the same issue again and again because they were "busy". This is very unprofessional and clogs up what we are doing on our plate -Full time to intern ratio, lack of experience people in company If you are an intern looking to join this company, this may be somewhat decent for you as this company is mainly interns; If you are looking for a career here, I suggest looking for another place unless you have no choice. For a company to have more intern than permanent staff is just ridiculous and in a way, hurting the company in a long run. The company's high turnover rate because of the above reason I mentioned also discourage people to stay here for long and causing them to lose experience staffs
