Pros
Product stands out in the industry, and they have a strong foothold on execution of the service. They continually refine product systems and are aiming for a better customer experience. Their production and operations teams are stellar! They fill a very smart niche, and solve for an industry wide problem, putting them in the position to be very successful, and I'm sure they will be.
Cons
Wrapmate does care, until it's not financially viable to care. They're a bottom-line company to the core. It may be a core value of theirs, but like most core values, they're more for show. Nobody ever even told me what they were, if that tells you anything. If you don't fit their mold, you're out! Probably won't even have much of a chance of being hired unless you have at least a tinge of "bro" in you. There is no true protocol for success on the sales team. They're successful, but unless you catch on quick, you'll be left behind and kicked to the curb. The sales leadership does not know how to properly coach sales, does not use very granular sales data to guide coaching and performance. There is essentially no training. They bring you up to speed as fast as possible, and expect you to learn everything by asking, then getting different answers from different sources. The sales quota WILL continue to go up, regardless of whether they've equipped you for those goals. And don't even think about questioning what their CMO (the entirety of their one-man marketing team) is doing and whether there's any way to improve.
