Great coworkers, respectful management, no dealing with customer

Working outside in all weather conditions, low pay for the physicality of the job, no room for growth.

Lax environment , management does their best.

The place is in a constant state of disarray. Management does their best but owners don’t care about the employees and in fact told management our location is overpaying it’s employees, which is ridiculous considering the working conditions and hard labor. Company sucks.
