Takes a long time to get executive leadership to listen to the real issues and make changes. But we are finally starting to see some significant things happen.
Exec leadership continues to forget the the UE business is part of Wright. CEO said in state of company that 2017 was a horrible year and he is glad it was over, but the UE business over achieved and there was no acknowledgement or recognition for that. President of US operations still refers to the lower business unit as us and the upper business unit as they, when we are all one company.
