      Pros

      Great Work Environment with amazing coworkers. Predictable reliable schedule and flexible options for family work life balance. Nice time off options.

      Cons

      No raises for multiple years with ever increasing insurance costs with now minimal salary increases and continuing insurance increases that almost outpace the salary increases and spousal kickoffs. Not much room to grow.

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
