Pros
- the majority of the people there are phenomenal. Some of the best people I’ve come across personally and professionally. - free lunch?
Cons
- Those same people don’t even like working at Wrike. - Management has zero idea how to act profesionally and foster career growth for those they manage. - There is no collaborative effort between management and employees, it’s incredibly one sided - you can blow your quota out of the water and they will still be breathing down your neck making sure you make an absurd amount of calls - activity focused, not results - smile and dial, spray and pray approach to sales - feedback to management is discouraged, seen almost as insubordinate - not well defined career path - do not assess talent well - immature company that has a lot to learn and improve upon when it comes to valuing employees
