We're glad to hear you appreciated our product and the people you crossed paths with at Wrike. We acknowledge that our software is powerful and can take time to master, and we are continually working to improve user experience and support enablement internally. With respect to leadership, we have brought on several new leaders into our executive team since the time of your review, including a new CMO and CFO, which we believe will be additive to the business.
Regarding your concerns, we take these comments seriously.
Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment for any Wriker, and we regret to hear this was not always your experience during your time with us. We are committed to improving our culture and ensuring our values are consistently upheld. This has been a focal point for executive leadership this year, and is even included as part of our corporate OKRs. We also want to clarify that we encourage all employees to take personal time off for rest and rejuvenation, and we encourage any employee struggling to find the time for this to connect with their manager or a member of the HR team for guidance.
