      Pros

      At Salmon, I like the fact that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. I like the autonomy; I have been given to work end to end in an ecommerce enterprise application. And also the work-life balance: whilst managing to have fun, even when the work load becomes frantic. And also the People: everyone is friendly and willing to help, which I think is an important aspect of any business.

      Infrastructure No career progression as all higher positions go to external hires

      Serious company with serious interest about the employee and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      I had an amazing experience, I used to tell people Wunderman is wonderful. I wished I had stayed instead of running after the cool sexy brand that ended up being not that cool after all.

      Company culture is great Good vibes Nice people Unlimited PTO Promoting from within is a priority great leadership

      Cons

      Not many holidays off but unlimited PTO can make up for that Raises are not often or not by significant amounts unless switching roles
