      Pros

      Nice place to work, great people. Managers on the most part are very approachable. Big clients.

      Cons

      Basic benefits. Pay is generally at the lower end of market rate. High work load and lots of crunch. Can get bounced between projects, and don't expect to always do the job you were offered and taken.

      Pros

      Serious company with serious interest about the employee and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      I had an amazing experience, I used to tell people Wunderman is wonderful. I wished I had stayed instead of running after the cool sexy brand that ended up being not that cool after all.

      Company culture is great Good vibes Nice people Unlimited PTO Promoting from within is a priority great leadership

      Cons

      Not many holidays off but unlimited PTO can make up for that Raises are not often or not by significant amounts unless switching roles
