      Pros

      Cool and sexy office. Big clients that sound sexy. Nice colleagues. International environment and team. Good first experience to get into the door in corporate Lux Some opportunity to advance and have lots of responsibility (but not enough pay)

      Cons

      Frustrating work with Amazon. Mind numbing, repetitive tasks that lead to nowhere. Selling a service that is basically impossible to sell - controlling content on Amazon. Soul sucking tools are frustrating and slow to evolve. Volume focused - you’re a cog in a wheel.

      Serious company with serious interest about the employee and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      I had an amazing experience, I used to tell people Wunderman is wonderful. I wished I had stayed instead of running after the cool sexy brand that ended up being not that cool after all.

      Company culture is great Good vibes Nice people Unlimited PTO Promoting from within is a priority great leadership

      Cons

      Not many holidays off but unlimited PTO can make up for that Raises are not often or not by significant amounts unless switching roles
