Pros

you are witnessing outstanding examples of what not to do at all levels of the company, and the blowhard CTO will finally be leaving

Cons

it's total chaos, all of the missed deadlines and missed promises pile up and stress everybody out, a lot of people are leaving, and tons of questionable choices are coming back to bite us

Wynshop Response

Dear former Wynshoper, We are sorry to learn that your experience @Wynshop was not a positive one for you. It's definitely not the norm or the current trend. We put much effort into process optimization, internal communication, and building a culture of trust and well-being. Our most recent eNPS survey shows an all-time high in the company and leadership acceptance. Furthermore, our most recent scores are comparable to those of the highest-ranked employers on the planet. We are very proud of how far we've come. Also, our team continues to grow in all territories, and we have a fantastic retention rate company-wide. We have, of course, the data to support all of these claims; happy to share it with you :) We are always looking for ways to improve. We would love to learn more about your experience @Wynshop. Emailing our HCM team would be a great way to get that conversation started. We hope you find the time to do so. All the best in your future endeavors, Respectfully, Whynshop's HCM team

Pros

Good benefits, hands-on team leaders who care about professional development.

Cons

Upper management seemed increasingly disconnected from the workforce, with limited communication and little evidence of concern for employee well-being. Over the past several years, raises were minimal or nonexistent, despite increasing workloads and rising expectations. Layoffs and restructuring became a regular occurrence, creating a constant sense of instability and uncertainty. While my coworkers were fantastic and dedicated, the lack of support from leadership ultimately made it difficult to feel valued or secure in my role. I hope the company takes steps to address these issues and better prioritize its employees in the future.
