Pros
My bosses tell me what I need to work on if I'm falling behind and give me chances to do better. They don't leave me in the dark of what needs improvement and are honest with what needs improvement. I used to work in healthcare and made a total job switch coming here. All my coworkers helped me learn and were open to teaching. It's refreshing to work in such a positive work environment. I don't have anxiety going into work anymore like I did before (which totally sucked and so glad it's gone!). I have a normal work schedule, no night shifts or being on-call. Actually feel supported. And they are open to new ideas that we all brainstorm as a group every week.
Cons
Sometimes it can get monotonous with making calls all the time, especially if people don't respond.
