Pros
The interviews are great because everyone is upbeat and has insightful things to say. You immediately get the sense that you're welcome and it will be a fun, fast, excellent place to work. Pay is the standard market rates. Hours expected are long.
Cons
Read all the reviews. The old COO is the new CEO and all that that entails. Someone wrote he's a bully and will blow you off - well, not to your face anyway. Some of the toxic remains. Great companies have the top spots empowering their teams below. Not here. Lots of control issues that prevent improvements and then they fire and re-hire over and over in a cycle to try to improve which means loss of knowledge base and system chaos. If you have an option, go elsewhere.
