Horrible Company - Anonymous employee Wyse Meter Solutions Employee Review

Highly unprofessional environment...incompetent managers, complete lack of structure and organization, high turnover, casual racism. No training whatsoever. The expectation is to teach yourself, as management has no interest in training new employees. Expectation to work greater than 44 hours in a week without any overtime compensation. Human resources is a joke. They do not function in accordance with company policies. Clear favouritism leading to inconsistent application of standards of conduct.
